To access the integrations setup - navigate to Locations -> Click the location you wish to edit -> Go to the "Integrations" tab.
Quickbooks
Note: The QuickBooks Sole Trader plan does not support third-party integrations.
Our quickbooks integration allows you to easily send SimpleDVM Invoices into Quickbooks.
To install the integration, simply go to the Integrations tab and click "Quickbooks". It will load up a Quickbooks login. Once you log in and Authorize your account, this will show up under "Existing Integrations"
How it works
Every time you create an invoice in SimpleDVM, we will create an invoice for you in Quickbooks Online
A new customer will be created in Quickbooks Online as well
What the integration does not do
If an invoice is updated in Quickbooks online, the information will not push back to SImpleDVM. SimpleDVM has a one way integration with Quickbooks Online currently.
SendGrid
Sendgrid.com is an external email platform that can be used to send emails with more complex designs and styling than our own internal email editor

Stripe
Stripe.com is a payment processor that we integrate directly with. When you use Stripe as the main payment processor, you will be able to securely collect credit details on your online booking links and schedulers. When you click on "Stripe", the set up instructions will appear:
Setup Instructions:
1. Visit Stripe's API key page:https://dashboard.stripe.com/apikeys
2. Copy the "Publishable key" (this should start with "pk_live")
3. Paste it into the "Publishable Key" box below
4. Click "Create Secrey Key"
5. Fill out the instructions and then copy the secret key (Note: This may also be called a "Restricted Key")
6. Paste the Secret/Restricted key into the "Secrey Key" box below
Cremation Softwares
We integrate with some cremation softwares in an effort to elminate duplicate data entry. To set these up, simply click on the integration you are interested in installing, and you will be prompted to log in. Please check your end user license agreements on these if you have any questions.
