Email delivery and open status

Email delivery and open statuses are now able to be viewed in the View Communication dialog

We are now processing status updates about emails sent through the SimpleDVM platform. This means that you can see if an email was sent, delivered or opened.

Here are the possible status that you might see on an email:

  • Processing in Queue

  • Delivered

  • Opened by Recipient

  • Link Clicked

  • Delivery Dropped / Suppressed

  • Permanently Failed / Bounced

  • Temporarily Deferred

  • Marked as Spam

  • Unsubscribed - Global

  • Unsubscribed from Group

  • Resubscribed to Group

Note: We only have new actions/statuses that occurred after this feature was launched. Statuses for older emails need to be looked up directly in SendGrid.
