Install The App
To access SimpleDVM on your phone, first go to app.simpledvm.com.
After you log in and wait a few seconds, a pop up will appear asking you to "Install" the app on your device.
After you click the buton to install, it will direct you to add the app to your home screen. After this is complete, you will now see the "App" on the home screen of your device. Click that, and it will prompt you to log in one more time. At this point, you have the app installed.
Activating Push Notifications
One of the main perks of having the app installed is push notifications. To activate these, go to the Menu on the left hand nav bar, click "Profile" at the bottom, then tab over to the "notifications" tab.
Tap "enable push notifications on this device" and then click "Allow" when prompted by your phone.
Set the notification preferences you would like to receive push notifications for. Don't forget to scroll over to the right past "All appointment updates" to cover all the notification types.
Click Save Preferences
Scroll down and tap "Send test push notification" to confirm they are working.
Badabing! You're now set up to receive push notifications on appointment updates.
