To access the species setup - navigate to Locations -> Click the location you wish to edit -> Go to the "Species" tab.
Enable the species you want to be able to choose from both internall and for client bookings.
Once you enable the options, they will show up on the internal scheduler as well as the external booking and form links as options to select from:
I selected Canine and Feline as options...
So Canine and Feline are the options to select from on the client side..
