Location Setup - Services

To access the services setup - navigate to Locations -> Click the location you wish to edit -> Go to the "Services" tab.

Services are the types of appointments you provide. These service names will be visible to clients, and on any online forms, they will be able to select between these.

For Mobile Veterinarians, common service names would be:

  • Wellness Check

  • Wellness Recheck

    • Separating this out can be beneficial because you may not need the same intake procedures and forms to a recurring client.

  • At-Home Euthanasia

  • Spay/Neuter Visit

  • Sick Visit

Here's what each field in the service represents:

Service: The name of the service you provide

Default Duration: When you create a schedule slot for this, the default number of minutes it occupies on your calendar (default is 60 minutes)

Active For Internal Booking: When activated, any user on your account can access this type of service and create an appointment in the system for it

Active For Online Booking: When activated, any client that you provide access to can select this type of service from the drop down list on forms and online booking links

Calendar Color: Have some fun, choose what color you want the service to show up as on your internal schedule/calendar

Requires Cremation: When selected, this will prompt the user to select from the list of cremation choices you create under cremation options

Consent Forms: This will allow you to require a consent form to be signed when sending a booking link to a client. You can select from your consent forms created under Document Templates

Above is an example of an account that accepts 3 different service types. On our contact form, clients will now be able to select between any options that are checked off for "Active for Online Booking", as shown below:
