To access the service areas setup - navigate to Locations -> Click the location you wish to edit -> Go to the "Service Area" tab.
Online appointment requests will only be made in existing service areas. If a service area is defined for a veterinarian, that service area will be used instead of the service area below. If no service area is defined for a veterinarian, then the service area below will be used.
As you can see in the below integration, I have a small service area around the Boston Metro Area.
If I send a client an online booking link or they fill out an online booking request, and put an address outside of that shape, they will not be able to continue with the booking. See below.
Note: As an internal user, you will be able to book an appointment outside of the service area that you set.
Multiple Veterinarians
If you have multiple veterinarians on the platform, you can build a service area for each one that has different geographic coordinates.
