Location Setup - Users

To access the users setup - navigate to Locations -> Click the location you wish to edit -> Go to the "Users" tab.

The users section will simply show you your list of active users.

To add new users - go to https://app.simpledvm.com/users

Assigning Roles

The key part of adding a user is assigning their role. SimpleDVM has created "out of the box" roles you can assign to users based on common permission sets. Here are those options:

Account Owner: Primary owner of thet account with authority over account settings and billing.

Data Analyst: Analyzes data and generates reports to support business and clinical decisions.

Licensed Technician: Assists verterinarians in providing care and performing medical procedures - can be added to the schedule to accept visits.

Location Manager: Manages operations, staff, and resources for a specific location

Practice Manager: Manages practice operations, staff and resources within the entire account (can access multiple locations)

Veterinarian: Licensed professional responsible for providing veterinary care and services.

Veterinary Technician: Assists veterinarians in providing care and performing medical procedures (only accompanying Veterinarians in the field, not solo)
