Client Experience
If either of the settings below are turned on, the client will be asked for their Primary Veterinarian information during online booking or while filling out a form. When the client begins typing in the "Primary Veterinarian" field, they will be presented with a list of local veterinary clinics (from Google).
If they select a clinic that is already saved to your account, it will attach that clinic to the client profile.
If they select a clinic from Google that is not already saved to your account, it will create a contact using the information from Google (name and address)
If they choose to create a new contact, it will generate a new contact using just the name

Online Booking
In the Online Booking & Custom URLs section of a Location's settings, you can turn on the setting "Collect Primary Veterinarian information during online booking". When this is turned on, the client will be prompted to enter their Primary DVM name during online booking.
Form Templates
When creating or editing a Form Template, you can turn on the setting "Collect primary veterinarian information". When this is turned on, the client will be prompted to enter their Primary DVM name while filling out the form.
