On SimpleDVM, it is now possible to track the Questions and Answers metrics by location. To do so, the user must follow these three steps:
1 - CONFIGURE THE QUESTIONS
On the Location → Online Booking & Custom URLs page, click Edit in the Questions section and enable the Display in Charts option for the question you’re interested in and Save the changes.
2 - COLLECT ANSWERS
For each appointment created (whether through online booking or manually from the Schedule screen), the answered question will be saved by the system.
3 - DISPLAY THE METRICS
On Analytics → Charts, the data will be available in the Appointments section.
