Now, from a patient's profile, you can view/download a PDF with the full patient medical record. This includes information about Vaccinations, Appointments, Medical Notes, Prescriptions, Documents, and Communications.
Click the "Download Medical Record" button and select the sections you'd like to be included and you will be able to view or download a PDF with all of the related information.
Additionally, if you select the "Documents" section, any uploaded images and PDFs will also be included in the medical record PDF as well. (For example, if you uploaded IDEXX lab results, they will be appended to the PDF that you download).
