Understanding Invoice Templates
Invoice templates allow for the quick addition of multiple items to an invoice.
They are useful for bundling related services or products.
Navigate to Invoice Templates
On the left-hand task bar under the "Settings" section, click on "Templates" and then "Invoice Templates"
Here you will see 5 pre-loaded templates:
Euthanasia + Private Cremation
Wellness Exam + Travel Fee
Acupuncture Exam
Exam + Rabies Vax
Rabies Vaccination Visit
Within each template you will see the individual line items needed for each visit. Example:
Rabies Vaccination Visit Template has line items for the Rabies Vaccine, Wellness Exam & Travel Fee.
Adding & Editing Invoices
You can always add your own invoices as needed with the "Add Template" button:
And existing templates can be edited with the "Edit" button:
Applying an Invoice Template to an Appointment
Navigate to "Appointments":
Click on the appointment you would like to add the invoice to
Click on the "Tab - Overview" Drop Down
Click on "Invoices & Templates"
Click "Add Invoice"
Click on the "Apply Template" drop down where you will see all of your invoice templates to choose from
