What is it?
The Redirect URL feature sends clients to a custom page after a successful booking, instead of the default confirmation screen. Use it to show a branded thank-you page, trigger conversion tracking, or guide clients to intake forms or next steps.
This is useful if you want to:
Show a branded "Thank You" page on your own website
Trigger a conversion event for marketing tracking (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Pixel)
Direct clients to a next-step page such as intake forms, or downloads
Provide post-booking instructions specific to your practice
How it works?
After a booking is completed, the client is automatically redirected to your chosen URL. The system appends the booking ID as a query parameter so your page can reference it.
Setting up a location-level redirect
Go to Locations β select a location β Online Booking Configuration β Edit.
Enter your URL in the Direct Booking Link Redirect URL field (
https://required).Click Save.
This applies to all online bookings at that location. Leave the field empty to keep the default confirmation screen.
Overriding per booking link
When generating a Direct Booking Link, the Redirect URL field will pre-fill with the location default. You can keep it, change it, or clear it for that link only. The same option is available when creating Custom Short URLs.
